The smoked meats at the on-site bar were absolutely next-level, and with the outdoor patio, it was the perfect chill spot after a long day. Plus, the breakfast spread was tasty, thanks to the upbeat staff like Joel and Gina! Can't forget the soft sheets that had me crashing in no time.
Where to start? The shower head looked held together with duct tape, and the bathroom was a slip-and-slide disaster. Plus, I had to trot back to the front desk multiple times because my room key decided to take a vacation.

decent stay but not flawless
The check-in process was seamless thanks to Joel, whose friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. The breakfast layout offered a variety of options, catering to everyone's preferences. The cleanliness of the facilities stood out, making the overall atmosphere pleasant.
The breakfast options, while diverse, could use a bit more variety to truly delight guests.

The bed was super comfy, definitely the highlight! The location was great for our quick trip, but the breakfast options were seriously lacking, just some sad-looking bread. Would've appreciated more variety. 🍞

great access to parks and delicious dining options
I loved how central this hotel was, making it easy to explore nearby parks like Alfred B Maclay Gardens State Park, just almost 2 km away, and there were so many great dining options like Steak 'n Shake just 500 meters down the road, which made for a relaxing weekend of walking and good eats.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel! It was nicely updated, and I enjoyed the fitness suite amenities as I lounged around. Super comfy bed made me feel right at home after a long day.
But I put my ducks in a row—only to find the shower was a surprise cold water splash party! Well, at least it woke me up, right?

Not worth the trouble
This place looked promising, but once we got to our room, it was a mess. It was super dirty, and there was even a cup of coffee left behind. Plus, the doors didn't lock properly, which was super unsafe! Thankfully, one employee went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was decent, though.

Business travelers settle here, but not without issues
So, I gotta say, the front desk staff were super nice and friendly. And the coffee in the lobby? It was good-always fresh and hot, which is crucial especially when you're dragging after a long night.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but then again, you get what you pay for.
